Tasks

  • Development of the company’s working philosophy and values of cooperation
  • Development and implementation of uniform working methods and processes within and across departments
  • Promotion and facilitation of communication, cooperation and integration of all departments using best-practices and innovative methodological and technological tools 
  • Determination and tracking of schedules and milestones to ensure overall coherence persists
  • Enabling and ongoing support of the teams to implement holacracy and agile self-management 
  • Ensuring quality in all INVENAUT departments


Competences

  • Excellent knowledge of complex project management and experience in project leadership
  • Experience in self-managing teams and agile working methods
  • Know-How in cooperation in cross-departmental projects
  • Knowledge of quality management
  • The mind set to quickly learn new skills and see the bigger picture
  • Very strong communication skills and experienced in dealing with conflicts
  • Distinct talent for bringing people together under one mission
  • Highly structured and exceptionally reliable work ethic
  • Basic hard and soft skills as defined in INVENAUT DNA


Responsibilities

  • Ensuring smooth communication, cooperation and integration of all departments and teams
  • Primary instance for managing the operative business
  • Establishing and running a central project and quality management
