Tasks

  • Overall planning and implementation of personnel demand and recruiting in coordination with the other departments
  • Execution of the demand calculations including consideration of personnel costs
  • Interaction with the responsible state authorities and handling of all legal personnel matters
  • Conception and implementation of contracts and renumeration models for a global company with international employees
  • Design and continuous implementation of initiatives to increase the well-being of all employees and create a pleasant working atmosphere


Competencies

  • Profound knowledge or training and strong curiosity in the field of human resources and recruiting
  • Interest in dealing with relevant personnel law and interaction with the relevant government agencies
  • To be a "people person", a person who loves to work with other people and create a true second home for them
  • Basic hard and soft skills as defined in INVENAUT DNA


Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the well-being of all employees through employee relations activities and creating a pleasant working atmosphere
  • Securing the personnel demand at scheduled times
  • Implementation of a legally 100% correct personnel management
