Tasks

• Identify and verify all aspects that might be important to consider when creating an AI mind
• Researching and creating properties and metrics to serve as evaluation criteria for the AI to enable her to create products in tune with the company values
• In-detail consideration and philosophical review of identified metrics and their aspects
• Analyses and development of future oriented projections and "what-if" scenarios for all AI focused activities within the company
• In detail technical description and specification, possibly also prototyping, of the evaluation criteria to be implemented in our AI product evaluation algorithm

Competencies

• One or both of the following: 1. Interdisciplinary education in engineering, computer science, production engineering and other technical fields. 2. Interdisciplinary education in social science, design, social psychology, and other social fields
• Curiosity and interest in philosophical discourses about the future
• First-Principle-Thinking and ability to develop innovative and not yet existing ideas and concepts and to critically reflect on these
• Knowledge of quality management and the skill set to quickly learn new skills and see the bigger picture
• Interest in a wide variety of sciences and topics, especially but not exclusively in product development of any kind
• Experience in methodology and execution of social science and technical research methods 
• Basic hard and soft skills as defined in INVENAUT DNA
