Tasks

• Overall planning and control of the budget including project controlling
• Continuous development of a growth-capable model for sensible long-term budget management across the departments
• Bank accounts, Bookkeeping and managerial and finance accounting
• Consolidation and execution of all demand calculations 
• Interaction with the responsible tax offices and processing of tax requirements
• Organization and implementation of payroll accounting
• Evaluation and management of reserves and investments
• Research and preparation of funding opportunities including acquiring funding from investors
• Creation and preparation of regular financial reports and release templates for coordination in the management team

Competences

• Education and experience in bookkeeping and financial management
• Profound knowledge or strong curiosity for the interaction with tax offices and the implementation of tax requirements
• A knack for numbers and complex financial calculations
• Very conscientious work and a strong sense of morality
• Basic hard and soft skills as defined in INVENAUT DNA

Responsibilities

• Correct bookkeeping and finance tracking of the company
• Ensuring the tracking and correct tax processing of all financial transactions of the company, internally and externally
• Coordinating and ensuring the liquidity of the company at any given time
