Tasks

  • Research and set-up of guidelines for legal prerequisites before market launch for each launch country of the product
  • Preparation and implementation of all legally and procedurally necessary steps to ensure a smooth market launch for each product stage
  • Conception and implementation of a sales strategy and management of all sales channels 
  • Customer care and holistic customer management
  • Ensuring of all market after sales processes including warranty and market observation
  • Reporting of all sales activities for integration in product development


Competencies

  • Experience and training in sales and the development of sales and after sales strategies
  • Experience and fun in developing customer relations and retention processes and campaigns 
  • Strong talent for communication and cooperation and an open and energizing mindset
  • In-depth understanding of the company's values and ability to apply them in clear sales communication 
  • Basic hard and soft skills as defined in INVENAUT DNA 


Responsibilities

  • Ensuring successful and profitable sales portfolio
  • Enabling a smooth customer care process and a high customer retention rate
