Tasks

  • Ongoing development of INVENAUT business skills portfolio serving as a standard growth guideline for all employees
  • Conception and ongoing implementation of structured personal coaching and reflection processes for every employee and team
  • Facilitation of regular lessons learned to convey into the business skills portfolio and company working style definition
  • Development and facilitation of personal, group and company skill coaching and classes
  • Design and implementation of company wide transformation management measures to ensure the successful growth of the company and successful start of every new phase of the company


Competences

  • Experience in building and implementing business skills, personal coaching, and reflection
  • Excellent knowledge of the required business skills
  • Specialized in diplomatic communication and experienced in dealing with conflicts
  • Experience in change and transformation management and the skill set to implement it in rapidly changing business environments
  • Basic hard and soft skills as defined in INVENAUT DNA


Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the continuous development of the company and the individual employees towards positive and progress-oriented growth
  • Heightening indirect company and employee value through increased skill-portfolio
